2010: a successful partnership between the Triplettes and BRM
The V6 Bonneville prototype of the lightest automatic watch in the world was part of all the runs with the Triplettes team on the Bonneville Salt Lake in july 2010.
The event has been organized by the SCTA (Southern California Timing Association) on the Bonneville Salt Lake, Utah since 1948. The Speedweek includes cars, motorbikes and trucks. It is on for a whole week, starting with 2 days of technical inspection.
The record is beaten when the speed exceeds the previous one in the same class. The Triplettes team successfully beat 4 records:
- the Motorbike of the Modified Vintage Gas 125cc class
- the Motorbike of the Modified Partial Streamlined Vintage Gas 125cc class
- the Motorbike of the Modified Partial Streamlined Vintage Fuel 125cc class
- the Omega Streamliner class
