The manufacture's emblematic model
In September 2005, BRM Manufacture launched the first V12-44. With a case in black brushed PVD stainless steel, and a black dial with white transfers, the V12-44-BN had a true sporting look and, for the first time, offered the brand's fans the opportunity to customise their watch.

At its launch, this 44m automatic chronograph left no one unmoved, and became an overnight success.

A real emblem of the manufacture, the V12-44 range illustrates a principle that BRM holds dear: a case in the shape of a piston, lugs screwed to the case, super light hands, and dials decorated with race numbers.

Today, it is BRM's global bestselling model. This timepiece now exists in some 20 models and has become fully customisable thanks to the BRM configurator which allows you to choose, compose and assemble the watch of your dreams from over 12,000 possibilities!
You are unique, so is your BRM.

With Ananda Mikola

Indonesian driver Ananda Mikola started his career in 1993 in karting, a discipline in which he became triple world champion. In 1996, he decided to join Formula Asia, a championship that he won that same year.

In light of his success in Asia, he turned his attention to Europe, where he took part in the Italian Formula 3 championship. In 1998, he won points in all races, and took three podium finishes, to finish fifth in the competition. He took his place in history that same year, becoming the youngest Asian driver to step on to the podium in a Formula 3 international race.

After taking a year out and spending time in the World Series Lights in 2003, where he was sponsored by AC Milan, he spent a brief but brilliant period in Asian F3, with three wins in four races. In 2005, he was taken on as main driver in this championship, and won the title.

As an internationally-experienced Indonesian driver, Ananda Mikola was selected for the A1 Grand Prix of Nations, the "World Cup Of Motorsport" in 2005 and 2006.
In 2006, he also took part in the Formula Renault V6, and finished the season in third place.

In 2008, he joined the all new Asian Speedcar Series championship, and finished eighth in the general classification, taking pole position and a podium finish in Jakarta, in his home country.

BRM Chronographes is pleased to lend its livery to that of an experienced driver who has made a name for himself on circuits worldwide!

Why did you decide to become a racing driver?

My father had racing in his blood, and obviously he passed his passion on to me. From when I was very young, I started racing in the National Touring Car Championship, which I had the pleasure of winning.

What is your view of your career so far?

I am proud of the results I have achieved in my various races: I became the youngest Asian driver to achieve a podium finish at the F3 championship in Italy. I also had other successes, notably in F3000 in Italy, in F3 in Central Europe, at the World Series by Nissan, in F3 in Asia, but also, I was selected as A1 GP driver to represent my country.

What are your goals for the future?

My greatest achievement would be to drive in GT3.

You have joined the BRM family. What has it brought you?

Right from the first glance, I immediately liked BRM's designs. As I live at top speed myself, I saw something of myself in these models.

Wins for our partners

at the Grande Finale Lotus Cup Europe

The Lotus Cup Europe, which is entering its tenth year, was set up to meet demand from customers for a way to get involved with motorsports in a friendly, professional environment in Europe. In recent years, drivers from across the continent have flocked to the competition, united by their enthusiasm for the brand and for the sportsmanlike spirit of this championship.

In 2013, the Lotus Cup Europe became an FIA international series, as such earning a similar status to prestigious championships like the GP2 and the DTM. Race weekends include a slot for free practice, followed by 30 minutes' qualifying and two 30-minute races with both standing and rolling starts. The Lotus Cup Europe hospitality unit has proved to be a social hub, just as popular among drivers and supporters as the races themselves.

The cars are divided into four categories – V6 Cup, 2-Eleven, Open and Production – which guarantees that a real variety of Lotuses are accepted and are on show to the public. Lotus Cup Europe races take place during prestigious events on some of the continent's finest circuits, most of which have played host to Formula 1 races, for example Zandvoort, Brands Hatch, Spa-Francorchamps, the Nürburgring and Le Mans.

Don't miss the grand finale of this prestigious championship, to be held on 10 & 11 October on the renowned Le Mans circuit!

The 24 Hours of Barcelona

The penultimate race of the 24H Series championship, the 24 Hours of Barcelona, took place from 4-6 September.

The BRM Chronographes team, a partner of the sporting league, was of course on the circuit with a Peugeot RCZ in the colours of another of its partners, Michel Vaillant.

Congratulations to Carlos Tavarès, Denis Gibaud, Jérôme Maudet and Jean-Louis Dauger, this car's team, who won first place in the A2 class!

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat Légendes

Following the success of the 2014 event, a second edition of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat Légendes took place on 25, 26 and 27 September at the presque-isle's harbour.

This globally-reputed event in the world of vintage cars included four concours and attracted many visitors and fans.

BRM Chronographes was at this event, which blends prestige and luxury, and was pleased to present the lucky winners with watches.

The teams at the various events in 2015 will be delighted to present our collection. They remain at your disposal all year round to cater to your needs.
